Introduction

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team and help us build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for creating and executing customer marketing campaigns, events, and programs that increase customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy. 

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a creative and customer-centric mindset. You should also have experience in customer marketing, social media, and event management. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the education of our customers on our products, features, and best practices through webinars, newsletters, and other channels. 

  • Manage the customer gifting program and ensure timely and personalized delivery of gifts to our customers. 

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to showcase our customer stories, testimonials, and reviews. 

  • Support Field Marketing and Customer Success plan and execute customer events, that provide value and engagement to our customers, and report on the success.  

  • Assist in the execution of the customer awards program, including nomination, selection, and recognition of our customers. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field. 
  • At least 2+ years of experience in customer marketing or customer success 
  • Proficient in using CRM, email marketing, and social media tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and advocacy. 

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
