Introduction

We’re looking for a superstar Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing team. If you have a knack for crafting engaging content that drives sales, this role is for you!  

We at Optimizely believe that content is at the heart of every digital experience. We as a Content Team are on a mission to create exceptional content that educates, informs, and delights our target audiences.  

This role will focus on creating and optimizing content for our sales org (sales development and account executives).  

Job Responsibilities

Content & Campaigns  

  • Create quality, engaging and relevant content for targeted campaigns and sales plays  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define clear goals and success metrics per campaign. 
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and practitioners to gather insights and create compelling content where needed. 
  • Maintain and reinforce messaging, brand voice and tone.  

Analytics and Reporting  

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant tools and metrics (Outreach.io, Salesforce CRM) 
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize for growth  
  • Optimize content and work closely with cross functional teams to drive tangible business results  

Knowledge and Experience

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (or equivalent) 
  • 4-5 years' experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio  
  • Background in sales / recruitment 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt content to different styles and tones  
  • Proficiency in content best practice and content optimization. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools and using AI to enhance the content creation process 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data  

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
